I was scammed into a contract at a clinic in Dallas paid 4,500 and have suffered lumpy brown spots and other side effects as well. Can anyone help?

I want to loose celulite not weight, how can I do this?

I currently watch my fat and calorie intake and I have been exercising my I still have celulite on my uper thighs and butt. Is there any NON SERGICAL OR INJECTION that I can do that is effective. I have looked into Smart Lipo and LipoDisolve all are out of my price range. I am 33 and 5'8" and weigh 130lbs so I don't want to be any skinner just less lumpy.
